Bringing traditional Peruvian seafood to Long Beach’s Bixby Knolls, celebrating the vibrant flavors of Peru’s coast. Founded by Chef Eduardo Chang, his wife Daiwa Wong, and Chef Mauricio Valencia, the team combines years of experience with a deep passion for seafood. The menu highlights cebiche, citrus-cured seafood with ají amarillo, rocoto, and ají limo, alongside tiraditos, causas, arroz con mariscos, and lomo saltado. Using fresh local ingredients, Lima Cebichería offers a vibrant, authentic culinary experience rooted in tradition, inviting diners to savor Peru’s coastal heritage in a welcoming, contemporary space.
