In 1992, the Larios family introduced the community to the exquisite flavors of Honduran cuisine with the opening of El Dorado’s Kitchen. Now known as Honduras Kitchen ‘La Casa de la Sopa de Caracol,’ the restaurant continues to serve authentic, generation-old recipes at both their Huntington Park and Long Beach locations. At the Long Beach venue, guests can enjoy a vibrant array of traditional dishes, enhanced with a touch of spice and rich cultural heritage.
