After moving from Armenia to Long Beach, Chef Vahe Margaryan discovered Vietnamese cuisine, an experience that inspired him. After several chapters dedicated to keeping his concept alive, Chef Vahe returns to Fourth Street with #9Pho, now located at Tarantella on 4th through a partnership with restaurateur Carlos Canales, bringing together two independent Long Beach talents united by their passion for food and community.
#9Pho presents classic Vietnamese dishes, prepared to order with fresh, quality ingredients and without MSG, allowing the natural flavors to take center stage.
For Chef Vahe, #9Pho is more than a pop up. It is a return to the street where his culinary story began and a new opportunity to share the cuisine he loves with Long Beach.
