The menu features a variety of traditional dishes such as Lomo Saltado, Ají de Gallina, Ceviche, and Cabrito a la Norteña, all crafted with authentic Peruvian spices and flavors. With over 40 vegan-friendly options, including a plant-based version of their signature green aji verde sauce, Casa Chaskis ensures there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
Casa Chaskis also grows seasonal vegetables and herbs on-site, used year-round to bring freshness to every plate. Guests can dine indoors, relax on the dog-friendly patio, or order takeout and delivery to experience a true taste of Peruvian culture.
